Shipping policy

Shipping time is 3-7 business days please allow additional time for holidays and natural occurrences. We are not responsible for any shipping delays.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local state laws

Pepper Spray Policy: Our pepper spray can be shipped to 48 states. However, we are unable to ship to New York, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, Alaska or internationally.

Stun Gun Policy: Stun guns can only be shipped within the US +Puerto Rico. This cannot be shipped to the following locations: Rhode Island, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan.

Kitty Knuckle Policy: Kitty Knuckles can be shipped within the US and Puerto Rico only

Got2GetPropped is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as “delivered”. For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.

Any orders sent back to us due to insufficient address will be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping cost. If the customer chooses for it to be reshipped, there is a $5 reshipment fee.
